Employer Partnership Program
Academic Advising and Career Education (AACE) at Cal State East Bay provides students and new graduates with career tools and resources and promotes experiences needed to achieve career readiness. To accomplish this, AACE hosts and sponsors career events and maintains the University-wide job board; and works to connect qualified students with employment and internship opportunities and in turn helps employers meet their hiring needs and recruiting goals.
The AACE Employer Partnership Program offers strategic services and innovative planning for employers to maximize their recruiting efforts at Cal State East Bay. Partnering with AACE is an effective way to increase recruitment efforts and campus branding. Since AACE collaborates with academic departments, student clubs, Associated Students, and Alumni Association, the program provides an alternative campus gateway for employers.
Students seek employers who have established a presence on campus. Recognizing that name branding is critical among college students, employers who are able to increase their visibility on campus will have an easier time recruiting qualified students.
All participants in the Employer Partnership Program will benefit from increased visibility and specialized assistance to enhance recruiting needs. In addition, the support allows AACE to continue to develop, enhance, and implement innovative career development programs and services so that CSUEB students and alumni contribute to your organization’s success.
