While planning for other virtual recruiting events to engage with Cal State East Bay students, start your recruiting season with the Virtual Fall Career Fairs. These events are ideal to recruit for internships, entry-level opportunities, and career positions. Each fair requires separate registration via Handshake. The virtual format includes 1:1 interviews, 30-minute group sessions each hour, student resumes, and student messaging. 

  • The deadline for registration and payment is two weeks before the event so there is sufficient time to set up your sessions for individual engagements and for group presentations.

Government Agencies, Special Districts, School Districts, and Non-Profit Organizations


  • Fee payment required before event registration is approved.
  • Employers who have not paid the registration fee by the deadline will have their registration canceled.
  • Please contact AACE at regarding payment options.
  • To register, please log into your Handshake account. 
  • Payment by Visa, Master, or check ONLY. 
  • Invoices will be emailed after registration is approved.
