COVID-19 Info For Admitted Students

CSU East Bay recognizes the challenges you may be facing due to COVID-19. As a future Pioneer, our community is here to help you navigate this unprecedented time. Your safety and well-being are our number one priorities, and we are happy to provide guidance and assistance.

To help ease some of your concerns, below you will find FAQs that should answer most of your questions. If you have further questions or concerns regarding to the Fall 2020 Admission process, please do not hesitate to contact us at, or at 510-885-3500.

Due to the stay-at-home orders and subsequent school closures resulting from COVID-19, we understand you may be experiencing the difficulties that may be preventing you from submitting your official transcripts and meeting our set deadlines. To help accommodate and support you, we have extended the following deadlines:

  •  Accepting Admission Offer is extended to Monday, June 1st
  •  Transcript submission is extended from July 1st to Wednesday, July 15th

To expedite the processing of your transcripts, please inquire about electronic transcript submission from your high school or college. We have electronic transcript agreements with a number of schools. Please contact your school to learn if electronic transcripts are possible and to request that your transcripts be sent electronically.

Hard copy official transcripts, test scores, and admission documents in their original sealed envelopes may be mailed to:
