Transfer Student Resources:

To determine if your courses will transfer and/or satisfy any GE or major requirements you can use the following resources.

California Community College Courses: Search for courses in ASSIST.

Private or out-of-state colleges: CSUEB maintains the TES database of pre-approved transfer courses from private and out-of-state colleges. If you do not see your course listed, it does not necessarily mean it will not be transferrable since it only contains courses already reviewed by our staff. You can Search for Courses in TES.

Healthcare Careers Overview:

Student Center for Academic Achievement (SCAA) provides FREE tutoring for science, math, writing, statistics and other student learning services and programs.

College of Science-Annual Class Schedule: The Annual Class Schedule is designed to assist students and advisors with annual schedule planning and may be subject to change.

Important Dates: Use this link to access important dates such as enrollment, fee payment deadlines, add/ drop period, course withdrawal dates, and final exams week etc.

University Resources:

Accessibility Services provides academic accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Student Health & Counseling Services (SHCS) assists CSUEB students in achieving their academic and career goals by maintaining optimal health. SHCS is a fully accredited outpatient clinic staffed by Board Certified Physicians, and licensed Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Counselors. SHCS offers basic medical care for most illnesses and injuries and various elective services. In addition, SHCS offers individual, couples, and group counseling.

Writing Skills Test (WST) must be taken by all undergraduate students at the beginning of the junior year, and by all graduate students upon admission to a program unless they elect to meet the requirement through coursework.

Email and Online Resources:

Blackboard: Provides both a student portal and a course management system at Cal State East Bay.

Horizon E-mail: This student e-mail account is where important University communication will be sent about your academic status, classes, fees, financial aid, and more.

MyCSUEB: Provides access to academics, financial aid, holds, and personal information. There you can also add or drop courses, find enrollment dates, and view class schedule.
