Cost of Attendance

The conference is free to all Cal State East Bay students. All other attendees must pay a $20.00 registration online or via cash or check at the door. Cal State East Bay students that register for the conference but fail attend on the day of the conference will be automatically charged the $20.00 registration fee. In order to make the conference as accessible as possible, we offer four different reduced fee options. For individuals, we offer a $15.00 and $10.00 reduced fee. Information on the reduced fee options for individuals can be found in the payment guide.  

We offer a $10.00 and $5.00 reduced fee for groups of 5 or more. We encourage all students to request funding for the conference fee through their student body government. If you are interested in attending the conference with a group, please visit the group registration page for more information.
