Play the Financial Literacy and Investment Game (FLIG)- a virtual stock market trading game with real-world stock prices and personal finance training.
This is a free learning experience supported by the College of Business and Economics at Cal State East Bay, and everyone is invited - students, community, faculty, and alumni.
Teachers are also invited to request custom games for their classes by contacting us.
The game runs through April 2024, but you're welcome to sign up any time.

What is FLIG?
The Financial Literacy Center at Cal State East Bay’s College of Business and Economics is excited to offer the Financial Literacy and Investment Game (FLIG).
- A no-cost, no-risk way to learn a few basics about managing your money.
- A 100% online program where you can learn a little about personal finance and how to invest.
- Open to everyone including high school and college students, alumni, neighbors, community, staff, and faculty.
- High school and community college instructors may request a private game for their classes in the sign-up form below.
- The game has two parts:
Rules
- Sign up anytime up to April 2024 and you will be invited to our game on Cal State East Bay's stocktrak.com platform.
- You can buy and sell investments within your account when the game ends.
- There are no prizes beyond a few lessons learned and the excitement of comparing your portfolio to everyone else’s.
