Internships for academic credit are an effective way for you to gain work experience in your field of study before graduation. Our Internships Coordinator will talk to you about how their office can help you create a road map for career success!
AACE Academic Advising & Career Education (AACE) will also be providing information about holistic academic advising to first and second-year students through the FASST program, and Internship and Career Exploration for all undergraduate students

You will learn about the support programs of Student Equity and Success (SEAS): EOP, EXCEL, GANAS, Sankofa, Pacific Islander, and Asian programs and the Renaissance Scholars Program. These support programs at Cal State East Bay serve specific student populations including Black, Latinx, Pacific Islander, and Asian communities. In addition, SEAS supports first-generation students, students that come from low-income families, and/ or students that are former foster youth.
In addition, Student Life and Leadership Programs will give you an overview of how they coordinate new student and family orientation programs, transfer student programs, student clubs and organizations, leadership programs, and campus life events for the university! You will hear from current Cal State East Bay students who have recently transferred. and why they chose Cal State East Bay and what they are gaining from their experience here academically, socially, and personally
