Support the College of Business & Economics (CBE)

You can support the College of Business & Economics (CBE) in any of these areas:

CBE Fund - These gifts allow the Dean to support needs and opportunities within the College of Business & Economics.

CBE Scholarships – Scholarships help our students afford college – tuition and fees alone cost around $7,000 per year for undergraduate students. Scholarships reduce students’ need for paid work as well as their debt load, and helps keep them in college during times of financial duress.

Dean’s Innovation Fund – Provides seed money to launch innovative ideas in high-impact teaching and learning, groundbreaking research, and engagement with the business community. Learn more

MANY THANKS

The College of Business & Economics thanks you for supporting the Women in Leadership program, College of Business & Economics Scholarships, and the Dean's Innovation Fund on Day of Giving this year.

You can support any of the four departments in CBE by a gift to the department fund or to the department’s scholarship fund.

Department funds give department chairs flexibility to support special opportunities for students and faculty, including research, travel to regional or national conferences, and participation in competitions.

Dean Jay Tontz Memorial Award for International Business Experiences

Dean Jay Tontz Memorial Award for International Business Experiences

We are seeking to honor our longest serving dean, Jay Tontz (1973-2003) with a permanent award—the Dean Jay Tontz Memorial Award for International Business Experiences. We have been offered a $12,500 matching gift, so any gift you make will be matched, dollar for dollar. We invite you to help make this award a reality. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your donation doubled! This award will encourage undergraduate Business and Economics students to participate in international academic experiences and help them pay for costs associated with their education.

Please join us in honoring the memory of a truly remarkable professor and dean, who left such an important legacy on our campus and beyond.

Delta Sigma Pi

Delta Sigma Pi Zeta Tau Scholarship

“Passionate about helping each other” is how I feel. That’s why I decided to give back to Delta Sigma Pi Zeta Tau by creating a scholarship endowment for our brothers. I will match any donation you make to our scholarship, and I’m prepared to give up to $25,000 to make this scholarship endowment a reality.

Gifts of any amount will be matched by me, dollar for dollar. I want to get the ball rolling on this challenge, and I ask you to donate today. I’m passionate about helping our student brothers, and I hope you are too by making your gift today.

Let’s show the strength of our DSP bonds by making our scholarship happen!
