Health & Wellness Services encourages students to move more and eat well in order to stay healthy and reduce stress during their time at CSU East Bay. Programs and services are centered around increasing daily fruits and vegetable consumption, moving more daily, and choosing healthier options.

 

Presentation/Program Requests

We collaborate with many student organizations, campus departments, and community organizations that want to educate their members about nutrition. If you would like to work with us to coordinate and develop a program or presentation, please complete the Program Request Form.
