Health & Wellness Services encourages students to stay healthy and reduce stress during their time at CSU East Bay. Programs and services are centered around increasing daily sleep, taking time out every day for yourself, and utilizing campus resources.

 

Presentation/Program Requests 

Our program collaborates with many student organizations, campus departments, and community organizations that want to educate their members about self care, sleep, and stress management. If you would like to work with us to coordinate and develop a program or presentation, please complete the Program Request Form.

Presentations are provided for the following groups, but not limited to:

  • Fraternity/Sorority Life
  • General Studies Classes
  • Housing & Residence Life
  • Student Athletes
  • Student Clubs/Organizations
