Sexual Health

Sexual Health is the state of physical, emotional, mental and social harmony and/or wellbeing in within an individuals’ sexuality. Your sexual health is very important and self-awareness of your body should be a main concern. An informed, positive, and self-accepting sexual efficacy will help you to feel comfortable about your body and the care it needs.

Programming/outreach activities encourage CSUEB students to think about their behaviors to reduce unplanned pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), specifically contraception, safer sex practices, communication, and decision making.

Key Messaging within programming and outreach:

Communicate your wants and needs

Use two forms of protection

Get yourself tested

Health and Wellness Services offer CSUEB students a free limited supply of safer sex supplies at the PAW room at Student Health & Counseling Services (Room #1118) and in the PAW room at the Recreation & Wellness Center (Room #122).
