COVID-19 CSUEB Shuttle Updates
Please review the topics below for more information regarding campus shuttles during Spring 2021 semester.
Currently access to campus, buildings and structures is restricted to on-duty employees, enrolled students, first responders and others who have authorized business. Cal State East Bay is committed to public health and safety of our communities. In support of this, the campus is open for authorized (academic) purposes only.
Due to COVID - 19 and minimal classes being offered, the University shuttle will not be running during Spring 2021 Semester and Summer 2021 term.
We will revisit this item for Fall 2021.
Shuttles are disinfected twice daily. For additional information, please email us at email@example.com.
Face coverings required at all times while on shuttle. Nose & mouth must be covered. No exceptions. Failure to comply with this policy may result in losing shuttle privileges.
Please be aware that due to social distance requirements as a result of COVID-19, the rider capacity per shuttle has been reduced to 5 or 7 seats depending on the size of the shuttle.
A maximum capacity sign is located on the front door of each shuttle.
The University Village shuttle stop and the two stops on Carlos Bee Blvd will not be used for Spring 2021. Additionally all Campus Loop Stops except RAW will not be in use either.
Please only use the RAW stop to board a CV BART or Hayward BART bound shuttle.
Due to limited seating on the shuttles, as a result of COVID-19, we can’t guarantee the shuttle will stop at these locations.
To guarantee a seat we recommend boarding the shuttle at Hayward BART.
