Student Spring Semester Parking Permit Pro-Rated Refund Request Form
In Lieu of the President’s statement regarding classes and final exams remaining online for the rest of the Spring 2020 Semester, University Parking & Alternative Transportation Services will issue pro-rated refunds to all students upon request. The amount of the pro-rated refund will be based on the amount that was paid at the time of purchase.

Once you fill out and submit the form, Parking & Transportation Services will verify your information and will request that the refund be submitted back to the credit card that was used to purchase the Spring permit. This process can take between 2 - 3 weeks.
Due to California’s Shelter-In-Place order, you DO NOT need to return your parking permit to Parking & Alternative Transportation Services.
However, please note that once you request a refund, your permit will be voided effective that day. Any voided permits found on campus, will incur a parking citation. Do not request a refund of your parking permit if you plan on parking on campus through May 24, 2020 which is the last day that the Spring Semester permit is valid.
The last day to request a pro-rated refund is April 30, 2020.
