Spring 2022 Events
RAW RECHARGE
RAW Recharge is a weekly event where Peer Advocates for Wellness (PAW) will be promoting 2 of our key messages: Take Time for Yourself and Make Meaningful Connections. We will focus on one of those key messages during one session with various with fun activities and prizes.

Protection Connection
Protection Connection is a tabling event held every other Thursday and Wednesday where students can stock up on safer sex supplies such as condoms, dental dams, and water based lubricant for free. The table also offers candy, chapsticks, and information on campus resources such as FamilyPACT for students who are not interested in safer sex supplies.
Each student can get up to 4 condoms, 2 dental dams, and 2 lubes. For more information on FamilyPACT, visit the Student Health and Counseling Services website here.

Food for Fuel
Food for Fuel is a program hosted by Peer Advocates for Wellness where tabling sessions are held about Harvest of the Month items, food portioning, meal planning, and sustainable eating.

Minutes of Movement
Did you know that the US Department of Health Physical Activity Guidelines encourage adults to engage in 150 minutes of moderate, or 75 minutes of vigorous, physical activity weekly? Minutes of Movement is the RAW's program to you to set a physical activity goal for the week, AND reward you and celebrate your success when you've reached your goal. Participants are eligible to receive a variety of prizes.
We will be offering this program again in Fall 2022, so stay tuned for more information!
Trivia Night
Join Recreation and Wellness Services for a short, stress relieving, fun filled opportunity to recreate and play with other members of our campus community!
Simply register and participate in a friendly game of Kahoot. There will be one main prize winner with two runner-ups. Bring a friend for an extra prize!

Mindful Minutes
Mindful Minutes is a mindfulness workshop where we take 30 minutes to practice helpful self-care strategies, meditate, and journal.
Suggested Items to Bring:
- Journal and something to write with
- Water to keep yourself comfortable
- Quiet, open space
