Take time for yourself with a 30-minute mindfulness workshop!

Relieve your mind and body by participating in self-care strategies, art projects, movement, and mindfulness meditation. The workshop will include various meditation techniques and journaling activities to guide you through self-care. We will explore themes related to self-care each month such as self-love, journaling, meditation, and manifestation.

Suggested items to prepare for the Mindful Minutes session:

  • Small, quiet space for your comfortability
  • Journal/notebook & something to write with
  • Technology that can access Zoom

We are not currently offering any sessions until Fall 2022, so stay tuned for more information!

 

Prize Boxes

We want to continue to support our Pioneers in Taking Time for Themselves so we will be sending self-care packages to CSUEB student participants! CSUEB student participants who attend at least one Mindful Minutes session during each month of the semester can receive our Self-Love Prize Box. After attending your first session, you are eligible to receive a FREE journal when you claim your Self-Love Prize Box. Newly themed prize boxes will be announced each month. 

In order to be eligible to receive a prize box, you must be a currently enrolled Cal State East Bay student & provide a complete mailing address. Due to budget constraints, we are only limited to mailing items to addresses in the United States. While supplies last.
