What is Move More Daily?

Move More Daily is about encouraging students to engage in more physical activities while providing them with on-campus resources and online websites. This key message aims to increase movement within the community to reach weekly physical activity guidelines and

  • Increase knowledge of physical activity guidelines
  • Increase confidence to engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day
  • Increase skills to engage in aerobic and strengthening activity

RAW Workout Appointments

Group Fitness and Relaxation Room reservations must be booked by appointment which can be done from the Raw Portal. To workout in the fitness center, you must have your Bay Card or some physical copy of identification to check in at the front desk.

RAW YouTube Virtual Workouts

The RAW YouTube channel features a variety of videos on different workout exercises, stretches, forms, and more! For specifically virtual and at-home workouts, visit our YouTube playlist here.

Personal Trainer Sessions & Drop-in Hours

For more help on fitness tips and/or questions, be sure to check in with our personal trainer Erick by reserving a 15-minute appointment during his weekly "Ask the Trainer" hours from 2-3p on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Appointments can be made to take place in person here at the RAW, or via Zoom. Make your appointment by visiting the RAW portal here.

Group Fitness Sessions

Group Fitness classes are offered to students to attend in person by booking a space in the class, or virtually by registering via Zoom link. All levels of fitness are welcome! To reserve a space in the class, visit the RAW portal here.

Biking is a fun and challenging activity to help you stay active. The RAW hosts the Let's go Biking workshop to help students who want to learn more about biking.
