Exercise Planning Workshop

Ever wonder how to plan for and program your exercise? When to eat. What to eat. What are the various circuit options at RAW. How many days a week should you exercise. When to work what muscle groups. How to set realistic goals.

Student, Faculty, and Staff members of the RAW are invited to join RAW Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor Erick at this small group workshop and learn how to best prep for exercise and physical activity to meet your goals.

This workshop will take place in various locations at the RAW and is open to 6 people
