FREE JOURNAL for currently enrolled Cal State East Bay students after the attending the first session!
Due to budget constraints, we are only limited to mailing items to addresses in the United States. While supplies last.
Wednesdays: Mind and Body Edition, mini yoga session (3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Thursdays: Self Care Strategies Edition (12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
Register in advance for the workshops you'd like to attend. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom containing information about joining the meeting.
Sessions will start on September 1, 2021.
How to Prepare
Suggested items to prepare for the Mindful Minutes workshop:
- Water to keep you comfortable
- Wednesdays: water, small space for yoga, journal/notebook and something to write with
- Thursdays: journal/notebook and something to write with
We want to continue to support our Pioneers in Taking Time for Themselves so we will still be sending self-care boxes to CSUEB student participants! CSUEB student participants who attend at least one Mindful Minutes session during the month of September can receive our Self-Love Prize Box. New themed prize boxes will be announced each month.
In order to be eligible to receive a prize box, you must be a currently enrolled Cal State East Bay student & provide a complete mailing address. Due to budget constraints, we are only limited to mailing items to addresses in the United States. While supplies last.
