Installment Payment Plan Fall 2022

For Matriculated Undergraduates, Graduates, and EDD Students Only

The tuition and campus fees are split into three (3) installments.  The down payment (first installment) is due on your original due date.  The Health Service fee, SIRF (Student Involvement Representation Fee), Graduate Professional Program Fee and a one-time $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee are NOT included in the plan and they are due by the original due date.  A $20.00 late fee will be assessed per each late installment payment.

 

For Open University, Special Session, and OTL Session Students Only

PLEASE NOTE:  Your installment Plan contract is not effective until the first payment has been made online by ACH or credit card, by mail, or in person at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services Administrative (SA) Building on the Hayward Campus.


 

We have multiple payment plans depending on the date you register for your classes. Please read the following information thoroughly for complete information.

Matriculated Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

Regular matriculated students that enroll in classes on or before July 19, 2022 and would like to pay their fees on an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates: 
  • July 19, 2022
  • August 19, 2022
  • September 19, 2022

Regular matriculated students that enroll in classes from July 20, 2022 through August 9, 2022 and would like to pay their fees on an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates: 

  • August 9, 2022
  • September 9, 2022
  • October 9, 2022

Regular matriculated students that enroll in classes from August 10, 2022 through August 26, 2022 and would like to pay their fees on an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the follow dates:

  • August 26, 2022
  • September 26, 2022
  • October 26, 2022

 

Open University Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

Open University students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates: 

  • August 30, 2022
  • September 30, 2022
  • October 30, 2022

Special Session Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

Special Session Programs (which includes One-Year M.B.A., Online Educational Leadership, P.H.A.P., M.S., Online B.S.B.A., M.B.A. for Global Innovators, M.P.A. Alameda County EES, M.S. Health Care Administration, M.S.E.D. Reading Program, M.S. Accountancy, and M.S. Nursing) students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:


  • July 19, 2022
  • August 19, 2022
  • September 19, 2022
