Installment Payment Plan Summer 2021

Cal State East Bay offers Tuition Payment Plans to allow students to pay their fees in installments. These plans are not recommended for students who have approved financial aid to cover all fees.

The payment plans are available for regular matriculated students, Open University students, Special Sessions SSD, and Summer Self Support students.  Students enrolled in Continuing Education and ALP programs are not eligible for the university payment plans.

How to Sign Up and Pay in Installments

To sign up for fee installment plan, find the "Enroll in Payment Plan" option inside your MyCSUEB[1] under My Finances or under Student Center. Be sure to make your installment payment PLUS, any other charges that may be due on or before the payment deadline by the fee payment due date. See the complete fees, agreement details and payment due dates inside the Student Center.  There is a non-refundable $30 service fee for enrolling in payment plan.

Your Installment Plan contract is not effective until the first payment has been made online by ACH or credit card, by mail, or in person at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services and Administration (SA) Building on the Hayward Campus

We have multiple payment plans depending on the date you register for your classes. Please read the following information thoroughly for complete information.

Matriculated Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

The SUMMER 2021 TUITION installment plan is available for students that enroll in Regular Matriculated Summer 2021 classes. The last day to enroll in the installment plan is June 3, 2021.

Installment payments are due by the following dates: 

  • 1st installment due May 25, 2021
  • 2nd installment due June 25, 2021

Open University Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

OPEN UNIVERSITY students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates: 

  • 1st installment due June 8, 2021
  • 2nd installment due July 8, 2021

Special Session Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

The SUMMER 2021 SPC PRGM installment plan is available to all students enrolled in any Special Session Programs  (which includes Self Support, One-Year M.B.A., Online Educational Leadership, P.H.A.P., Online B.S.B.A., M.B.A. for Global Innovators, M.P.A. Alameda County EES, M.S. Health Care Administration, M.S.E.D. Reading Program, M.S. Accountancy, M.S. Elearning and M.S. Nursing) students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates: 

  • 1st installment due May 25, 2021
  • 2nd installment due June 25, 2021
