EXTENDED DOWNTIME

As part of ongoing efforts to consolidate our campus Information Technology Services (ITS) with the San Francisco Bay Region Network (SFBRN), there will be scheduled downtime on Friday, July 24, to allow our team to work on these systems.

NetID Self-Service password resets will be unavailable between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on 07/24/2026. Users will be unable to recover NetIDs, change passwords, or activate NetIDs. 

What do I need to do?

If you need to activate a new NetID, recover your account, or reset your NetID password on Friday, July 24th, do so before 8 a.m. or wait until 12 p.m. to utilize the self-service options to manage your NetID.
