The Hosei Business School sends sophomores and juniors for a Study Abroad program in ALP every Fall quarter where students take Intensive English and undergraduate courses if qualified.

There is also a special distance education PreMBA program supported by ALP and run in cooperation with HURIC, a Hosei University branch in California and the CSU EB College of Business. Qualified students take their first year of the CSU EB MBA taught over video by professors in California while students are still in Tokyo. Then the students come to Hayward for their second year.
