Cal State East Bay Campus Activities

Life beyond the classroom is an important part of the ALP experience. Our location in the heart of the Bay Area provides a wide range of activities to take part in. American Language Program students are encouraged to take an active part in campus life. The Cal State East Bay campus is host to many multicultural festivals and activities held to celebrate holidays and events.

Physical Education and Dance Classes

American Language Program students can attend University physical education, sports, and dance classes offered each day on a space-available basis.

Clubs and Organizations

There are more than 75 special interest clubs and students are welcome to join one (or more) if they wish. Participating in a club provides ALP students an opportunity to be involved in activities with other students who share common interests while improving language skills and having fun. There are also opportunities to take an active part in student campus affairs and government.
