Institutional data is collected and analyzed by the Office of Planning & Institutional Research (PIR) which is responsible for maintaining the university databases including but not limited to enrollment (headcount), full-time equivalent students (FTES), retention rates, graduation rates, and faculty, staff, and student demographic data. PIR is also responsible for enrollment projects for the university, mandatory reporting to the Chancellor's Office, and research and analysis of special studies as needed.
