Information Security

Information security protects the valuable resources of an organization. It is a campus-wide responsibility. CSUEB recognizes the need for a comprehensive information security plan and understands the magnitude of the issues it faces at both the system and campus levels. Escalating malicious electronic intrusion as well as a growing body of federal and state legislation expands information security management responsibilities for higher education. Information security policies, procedures, and technical solutions supporting academic and administrative information systems require review/development, classification, and prioritization
