Accept Offer of Admission
Congratulations on your admission!
To secure a place in the entering class, admitted applicants must complete the Accept Admission Offer process by the required deadline.
Step 1: Log in to your MyCSUEB account and select "Accept Admission" from the list of links on the left side of the page. Once you have accepted the offer, you will be prompted to pay the $110 required non-refundable pre-enrollment fee that will be applied towards mandatory orientation.
- Second baccalaureate, returning, and graduate students are not required to pay this fee.
Step 2: Follow the instructions on how to make the payment on the CashNet window. A receipt will be e-mailed upon the completion of the transaction. If you press cancel, the acceptance of admission will not be finalized.
Note: Do not close the previous window or click the "next" button until the payment has been completed.
Once the above steps have been completed, sign up for the mandatory orientation as soon as dates are available. Click here for information about Orientation dates and registration.
All acceptances are conditional and contingent upon successful completion of ongoing coursework
(Q) I can’t accept my admission offer
(A) 1) Choose Classic View on your browser when you log into www.csueastbay.edu/mycsueb. Classic view is the most compatible mode and has the best chance of success. 2) If selecting Classic View doesn’t work, try using a different browser 3) Lastly, use this link if the above two options failed to allow you to pay your pre-enrollment fee https://wapps1.csueastbay.edu/web-payment
(Q) I paid but my status is not reflected and I can’t accept the admission offer
(A) It typically takes about 10 minutes for the credit card charge to go through during weekday business hours. The process doesn’t run on the weekend but rest assured that if the fee is paid, we’ll accept the admission offer on your behalf the following business day.
(Q) I paid multiple times. How can I get a refund?
(A) Our Student Financials Office is usually really good about not charging students multiple times. If you find out you were charged more than once, email them at email@example.com and they can help reverse the charge.
