The following pre-approved ICT do not require review because they have already completed Information Security and Section 508 reviews. Requesters must explicitly state that their acquisitions are available on the ICT Pre-Approved list within the description of a Requisition.

ICT reviews do not need to be requested for maintenance, support, repairs or renewals where the following conditions are met:

  • Updated proof of an annual 3rd party security compliance has been submitted to iso@csueastbay.edu
  • The scope of deployment has not changed
  • There are no changes to functionality
  • Replacement parts are the same or similar to the part being replaced
