Fees are charged on a per-unit basis.
   

Winter Intersession Per-Unit Fees

Undergraduate $300
Graduate $375
PBAC $375

(Fees are subject to change without prior notice.)

No additional campus fees, including non-resident fees and graduate professional program fees, will be charged if students are taking self-support courses only.  Students taking self-support courses only who wish to use campus facilities or services (e.g., RAW, Student Health Center) will pay for those services on an as-used basis.

Payments can be made using MyCSUEB just like any other term.
Please note:  Payment plans are not available for Winter Intersession.
 

Refunds

Students withdrawing by December 23, 2025 are eligible for a 65% refund. No refunds on or after December 24, 2025. The date that the withdrawal request form is submitted to the University Registrar's Office determines the refund amount.

Financial Aid

Federal, state, and institutional aid are not available for the Winter Intersession at this time. However, students may search for private lending alternatives at their own discretion.
