Commitment to Inclusiveness: Surveying Our Campus Climate
A Message from President Morishita
Dear Members of the University Community
To assess progress made towards fulfilling the Mission, Vision and Values of the university, a campus climate study will be conducted from Wednesday, October 26 - Friday, November 18, 2016, examining the environment and atmosphere for the faculty and staff who work and teach at the university. The survey will be administered as a collaborative effort between the Office of Institutional Research, Analysis and Decision Support, the Office of Diversity, Leadership, and Employee Wellness, and the Faculty Equity and Diversity Committee, in conjunction with EBI Map-Works.
We encourage all faculty and staff to complete this important assessment of our work environment. Your voice can help us identify important trends and attitudes, and help us determine a path to improving our environment and ensure we are fulfilling the Mission, Vision and Values of the university.
