Looking for a rich out-of-class experience? CSUEB students can receive financial support to participate in faculty mentored research or a creative activity through the Center for Student Research Fellowship program. Students enrolled in the program receive $500 per quarter and may apply for additional funds to support travel to attend professional conferences and for the purchase of supplies to support their project.

Get Experience through community engagement

The Center for Community Engagement is an on-campus resource for students who wish to seek internships or community service opportunities to gain more experience, as well as students whose major program requires “community-based learning" such as internships, fieldwork, or service learning.
