Facilities Development and Operations
Facilities Development & Operations (FD&O) is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of campus facilities. FD&O currently has 144 employees and an operating budget of $9 million. We are responsible for two campuses, with over 2.1 million square feet of space on approximately 748 acres. The department is currently responsible for approximately $10 million in projects.
