CSU Announces Changes to the Tax Shelter Annuity Program 403(b)
The California State University (CSU) has announced it is making important changes to the Tax Shelter Annuity (TSA) Program effective April 1, 2016. These changes are designed to improve efficiencies and savings for participants. All five current plans (MetLife, Fidelity, VALIC, TIAA-CREF and VOYA) will no longer be available for pre-tax deductions. The sole record-keeper, Fidelity Investments, will be providing a new investment line-up which will become available effective March 7, 2016.
