Academic Services Center Hours

The Academic Services Center is located on the first floor of the Academic Services (AS) Building. To make an appointment, please e-mail ccinfo@csueastbay.edu

The lobby is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Located inside the Academic Services Building, students taking classes at any of the Cal State East Bay locations can stop by to:

Make tuition and fee payments
Submit transcripts
Submit University documents
Make GE and Career Advising appointments
Obtain many University forms and general paperwork
Check in for health center appointments
Check in for advising appointments

Academic Advising at Concord:

Appointments may be scheduled online via Bay Advisor.
