CSUEB employees encouraged to join fitness, wellness program

For the second consecutive year, the "Get Fit! Stay Fit!" program is being offered to Cal State East Bay employees.
It is a a comprehensive personal fitness and wellness program open to all university faculty and staff members. The program is designed to foster knowledge, understanding, and hands-on application of theory, research, and best practices to support a participant’s intention to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Due to the program’s popularity and success, "Get Fit! Stay Fit!" is being offered again. Days and times available are mostly before and after normal work hours, as well as during the noon hour.
