Abs & Arms
Looking to tone your core and upper body?  This is the class for you!  You will leave feeling stronger and ready to show off some awesome abs & arms!

Ab Blast
Stop doing those same crunches on your own. Ab Blast will take your core conditioning to the next level. Strengthen and tone your abdominals and lower back for a sculpted look.

Abs, Buns, and Thighs
Looking to tone your lower body? This is the class for you! Using basic strength training principles and a variety of equipment, this class is sure to target and strengthen your thighs, hips, and glutes.

Body Pop
Today’s top music and an adjustable step bring your cardiovascular workout to new heights. This cardio fitness class open to all levels.

Body Sculpt
This class is all about toning muscle and creating a lean, sculpted body. Body sculpt will use body bars, free weights, and body weight to create a challenging workout.  This class is perfect for beginners or more advance participants.

Bollywood Dance
Inspired by the high energy music from Indian films, in our mixed level Bollywood class you will learn technique and choreography that incorporate rhythmic, full body movement. In this class you will develop technique, discipline, expression and grace of classical Indian dance (Bharatanatyam and Kathak) while exploring and incorporating these elements into semi-classical Bollywood choreography. Did we mention it’s really fun?

Bootcamp
This group class creatively incorporates cardio, calisthenics, toning, and a lot of fun. Boot Camp, Be a Champion. Be RAW!

Build-A-Booty
This class focuses on working your glutes from all angles. You will learn to strengthen and embrace the booty you were born with!

Cardio Blast
Get an energizing cardiovascular workout! Learn how to use your body weight, various fitness accessories, and all the muscles in your body to elevate your heart rate and burn calories!

Cycle
This non-impact workout uses a motivational instructor and high energy music to push you through a cardiovascular session. This class will build endurance and improve muscular strength.

Cycle & Abs
This hybrid class starts with 20 minutes of heart pounding cycling and end with 20 minutes of non-stop ab exercises.  

Finding Form
This class has a strong emphasis on educating participants to use proper form for a wide variety of strength training exercises. Over time, repeat participants will find that utilizing correct form has become second nature. While this is a slower paced class, it still delivers a powerful workout.

Foundational Yoga
Enjoy a challenge?  This energetic, alignment based class foregoes music and focuses on precise body movements in order help you improve many of the foundational yoga poses.

Gentle Flow Yoga
This beginner friendly class uses props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower flow and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. 

Hip Hop
Do you like Hip-Hop music?  This introductory-level Hip-Hop class provides a structured method of learning various Hip-Hop dance movements in a fun-filled and vibrant class environment.  The class will consist of current Hip-Hip and Pop tracks on the Radio!

H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training is a nonstop, powerhouse workout that is guaranteed get your heart pumping. H.I.I.T will include cardio intervals using your own body weight.

INSANITY
Insanity is a hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance. Build incredible core strength and increase your cardiovascular capacity through intense movement, resistance training, and flexibility maneuver.

PiYo
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.

Pure Strength
Expand your horizons and try our Pure Strength classes, which will teach you proper strength training form for all muscle groups.  This class use a variety of equipment from dumbbells to barbells, to the TRX and medicine balls.

POUND
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.  The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, as well as plyometric and isometric poses.

Restorative Yoga
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Resistance.  Interval.  Power.  Polymetric.  Endurance.  Diet.  This class offers high cardio, weight training and Mixed Martial Arts, forming a non-plateau, high intensity workout.

TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.  This class is limited to 5 participants, so make certain you register early.

Turbo Kick
Ready to become a total knockout? With fierce cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you’ll get ultra- lean and toned—and have a blast doing it! Feel unstoppable in the class that’s high-energy, fast-paced, and totally addicting! It’s time to kick butt daily and get hooked on the Turbo high.

U-Jam
Uniting world beats with urban flavor, this class takes you around the world from hip-hop to Bollywood with an intense cardiovascular workout! Easy to learn dance steps choreographed to high energy music that makes you sweat, tone your body and leaves you craving for more!

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.  It incorporates strength, stamina, and flexibility into a single session.

Zumba
Dance your way to FIT! Zumba brings the fun back to fitness by combining a motivating fusion of Latin and International music with easy-to-follow moves. Don’t miss out on this exciting dance party.
