Theatre and Dance Box Office Information

Day of show purchase:  Tickets are available at the University Theatre, Studio Theatre and Dance Studio (PE 140) Box Offices open one hour prior to performances.  The University Theatre and Studio Theatre Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Credit/Debit Cards, and personal checks made out to CSUEB. 

The Dance Studio (PE 140) can only take cash or checks made out to CSUEB.

The University Theatre, Studio Theatre and Dance Studio are located at 25800 Carlos Bee Boulevard, Hayward, CA 94542.  Parking lots K and L are the closest lots to the University Theatre.  Parking Lot K is the closest lot to the Studio Theatre and Parking lot A is the closet lot to the Dance Studio (PE 140).
Parking is Free Friday after 5 Pm through Sunday at 11:59 pm.  If coming during the week, there are parking permit kiosks located in parking lot K and A.  The kiosks take cash, credit and debit cards.

The CSUEB Department of Theatre and Dance believes in making the performing arts accessible to everyone regardless of their financial situation. If you would like to attend one of our performances, but do not have the resources to pay for a ticket, please call Catherine Cyr at (510) 885-3118 ahead of the performance to arrange for a free ticket. 

You can also state your request on the night of the performance when our Box Office opens.  No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds..

Ticket Prices vary for our productions.

We do offer discounts to Seniors 55+, Military (active or retired), Non-CSUEB Educatiors and Non-CSUEB Students as well as all CSUEB Faculty, Staff , Alumni and Students. 

We offer group discounts of 10 or more people for productions.

Music Department Concerts Ticket Prices

Unless otherwise noted, ticket prices for Music Department concerts are:

 $15 General

$ 10 Seniors (55+) Youth (age 3-18), Military (active or retired) and Non-CSUEB Educators and Non-CSUEB Students

Free with CSUEB ID (CSUEB students, faculty, and staff)

Tickets are also available at the door 1 hour prior to each performance.

The University Theatre box office accepts Cash, Visa and Mastercard, credit/debit cards and personal checks made out to CSUEB.

***Please note that music performances in the music building or off-campus can only accept Cash and Checks Made out to CSUEB.
