Streamlining procurement and payment workflows to reduce friction, increase transparency, and support cross-departmental accountability.

Modernizing lockshop operations and formalizing service agreements to enhance clarity, responsiveness, and interdepartmental alignment.

Redesigning outreach to students for greater clarity, timeliness, and actionability in billing, payment, and compliance processes.

Leading the enterprise-wide transition to Microsoft tools to strengthen security, improve collaboration, and align with systemwide digital standards.

Collaborating with Student Affairs to centralize reservation and rental processes, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and service excellence for internal and external partners.
Completed Projects
Developed a public-facing webpage and delivered campus-wide presentations to clarify new HR roles, service areas, and points of contact.
Modernized the staff appointment process by replacing the legacy eSAF system with an automated, Salesforce-based platform, reducing delays, improving accuracy, and strengthening lifecycle management of personnel actions.
Delivered a centralized digital platform to increase transparency, improve access to financial information, and support cross-unit understanding.
