Once you have successfully completed your application requirements, you will receive two separate emails confirming your registration.
You will receive one email confirming the verification of your passport. If your passport cannot be verified, you will receive an email prompting you to upload a new passport scan to your application.
You will receive a separate email once your payment has been accepted.
Your test seat is not confirmed until both your passport is verified and your payment is accepted.
You will also receive a confirmation email with full test day details approximately two to three days before your confirmed scheduled test date. This email will contain the location of the test, as well as important rules and regulations that must be followed on test day. Please print and read the attachment to this email carefully before the test day.
Please contact us only if you have not received this confirmation email by one day before your scheduled test date. Check your email regularly, including a careful check of your spam/junk mail box.
