1: See if You Qualify
One-Year MBA Program:
- An undergraduate degree with a 2.5 Grade Point Average (or equivalent)
- TOEFL for international students
- Applicants with less than 5 years of work experience— GMAT required
- Applicants with 5 years or more work experience— No GMAT required
Global Innovators Program:
- An undergraduate degree with a 2.5 Grade Point Average (or equivalent)
- TOEFL for international students
- Applicants must have 5 years or more work experience— No GMAT required
MBA with Concentrations Program:
- An undergraduate degree with a 2.5 Grade Point Average (or equivalent)
- Completion of at least 90 quarter/60 semester units

Students need to complete and file an on-line application through Cal State Apply. Students should include their personal statement within the application, and we ask students to include the reasons they are looking to pursue an MBA and their reason for selecting Cal State East Bay. Be sure to pay your application fee to avoid delay.Send-In Documents

Additional Requirements for International Students
For admission to California State University, East Bay as an international student, you are required to meet the minimum requirements described above and demonstrate proof of English proficiency in one of the following ways:
- A TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) Internet-based score of 80.
- An overall test score from IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam of 6.5 or above for graduate students.
