Trustee Michael Bernick talks unemployment on KQED radio

Michael Bernick, a trustee of the Cal State East Bay Educational Foundation, was a guest on KQED Radio's "Forum" program this morning to discuss long-term jobless benefits and unemployment issues.

Bernick, an attorney with the Sedgwick Law Firm in San Francisco, served as the director of the California Employment Development Department from 1999 to 2004. He is also a research fellow at the Milken Institute.

KQED, Northern California's NPR affiliate station, is the most-listened-to public radio station in the country. Download and listen to the program from June 30 on KQED's Web site.
