California State University, East Bay offers affordable and comprehensive test preparation for over 10 different graduate level and professional certification admissions exams.

Cal State East Bay’s RICA preparation course is designed to help you pass the Reading Instruction Competence Assessment written examination.  This is a 5 hour “cram” course designed for people who have taken, or are taking, their reading methods classes.
