San Joaquin County appoints CSUEB grad as Education Division Director

Jane Steinkamp has been named as the new Division Director of Operations and Support Services at San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE). As Division Director, Steinkamp will plan, coordinate, and direct the functions of maintenance, operations, purchasing, and facilities.
Steinkamp has over 18 years of experience in education. In the past ten years, she served as the Assistant Superintendent at Linden Unified Schools District. Previously, she served as a Principal at Jefferson Elementary School District and as a high school English teacher at Tracy High School and Mount Eden High School in Hayward. She earned her master's degree in education administration from Cal State East Bay in 1989.
