Junior Daniel Damian became the first Pioneer ever to score a point at a CCAA Track and Field Championship meet.  He took eighth-place finish in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase and recorded a personal best time of 10:06.43.

"We told Daniel that times don't matter and anything can happen in the CCAA Championships,” Jones said. “He took our advice and got himself in good position to score the last point and earn All-CCAA honors.”

Pioneer men's track team scored eight points, their best showing ever in the CCAA Track and Field Championships.

Way to go, Coach Ralph and his Pioneers!
