Safety Week is a new program created by the University Police Department at California State University, East Bay. Working collaboratively with partners on and off campus, UPD hopes to provide an informative week of programs around the topics of safety and security. Planned for the week of October 21, the Safety Week activities are open to all campus students, staff, faculty, and administrators. All events will take place at the Hayward Campus unless otherwise noted. View a full list of workshops.

Topics include water safety, emergency preparedness, fire prevention, active shooter presentation, and much more! Campus Safety Week is a collaborative program aimed to promote information on safety, awareness, first aid, emergencies, and training for all students, staff, faculty, and administrators at Cal State East Bay. Additionally, the information you receive can be used in your homes or in the community!
