- Be a newly admitted, Fall semester, incoming Freshman or Transfer student
- Make a commitment to the PIAA program during your time at CSUEB

Program Eligibility
Program Requirements
- Make a commitment to the PIAA Program for the first academic year you are enrolled at Cal State East Bay
- Participate in program-related activities
- Meet with a PIAA counselor at least two (2) times per semester
- Regularly meet with a PIAA peer mentor
- Remain in full-time enrollment status (12 units) and in good academic standing with the university
