Accept your admission offer and celebrate!

Presentations about the next steps of the admission process will be offered to incoming Freshmen and Transfer* students. Learn about financial aid options and campus work opportunities. Secure your place in the Fall class by accepting your admission offer during this event if you have not already done so. The Welcome Day experience will be available online beginning April 18, and also after the program launch. Be sure to explore everything you can to prepare for taking classes in Fall. Although campus is currently closed, our friendly staff is working behind the scenes to assist you to prepare to enter Cal State East Bay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Admitted students are not required to attend Welcome Day. This is an opportunity to celebrate with family and friends your admission, and to share why Cal State East Bay is your university of choice! If you are not able to attend the virtual experience on Welcome Day, this content will continue to be available online after April 18.

 

Yes, you can accept your offer of admission at Welcome Day! To accept your offer go to your student portal MyCSUEB. After accepting your offer, take a family photo to capture the moment and enter the Pioneer Pride photo contest if you wish.

The accept admission offer deadline has been extended to June 1, 2020. Accept your offer as soon as possible to receive your enrollment appointment and choose your classes. Registration for fall classes opened April 13.

You and your guests can view Welcome Day: A Virtual Experience anytime online throughout our enrollment season.

No, Welcome Day is not a substitution for mandatory Orientation – nor for General Education advising – for freshman and transfer students.

Welcome Day is designed for admitted students and their families to learn more about the University as students decide to commit to attending Cal State East Bay by the May 1 deadline.

Log into your student portal on MyCSUEB to check if you have any missing items to be turned in.

If you have required documents outstanding, you can turn them in by email or postal mail. Visit How to Submit Documents on the website for details, including how to send electronic transcripts for faster processing.
