Graduate and Credential Students Application and Document Deadlines

Applications are accepted from select majors August 1, 2018-November 1, 2018. Some departments may accept applications after the deadline on a case-by-case basis; check your department website for details.

Students who will be studying on an F1/J1 visa or any applicants with transcripts from outside of the U.S. should view http://www.csueastbay.edu/iao/ for submission deadlines.

Some graduate and credential programs may require departmental applications and other supplemental application materials. Please check with the department for details. Learn more at http://www.csueastbay.edu/admissions/graduate-requirements/index.html-admission.

Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities are due by November 30, 2018. Documents received after the priority deadlines are processed in receipt date order on a space-available basis.

Applications are accepted from most majors October 1, 2018 - June 1, 2019.

Some programs will have earlier application deadlines. Please reach out to the individual academic department website for details.

  • Education Leadership, EdD
  • Reading and Literacy, MS

Applications are accepted for the following programs from February 1-April 1, 2019. All documents required for the program are due April 15, 2019.

  • Credential - Multiple Subject Teaching
  • Credential - Single Subject Teaching
  • Credential - Multiple Subject and Preliminary Education Specialist - Mild to Moderate
  • Credential - Multiple Subject and Preliminary Education Specialist - Moderate to Severe
