What is Case Management?

Our Case Manager coordinates prevention, intervention, and support efforts across campus and community systems to assist students facing crises, life traumas, and other barriers to their success.

What do I do if a student’s behavior is concerning/odd?

  • Submit a CARE Report to alert our campus CARE team. See link below.
  • The report will be assigned to the most appropriate team member for follow up.
  • We will keep the report anonymous, but students are often more open to this referral if you let them know that someone will be reaching out to them.
  • Students will be offered an assessment and support services, but they have the right to decline.

Who can submit a CARE Report for Case Management?

  • Any faculty, staff, student, parent, family or community member who has a concern about a student and wants to connect them to additional support.
