The University Union provides an array of meeting and multipurpose rooms perfect for club and organization meetings, lectures, receptions and special events. Our facilities can accommodate a wide variety of programs and events. The scheduling of all University Union facilities and equipment are coordinated through University Union Reservations.

Prior to requesting a reservation, we suggest all interested requestors review the Reservation Policies and Procedures Manual. All functions scheduled in the University Union are subject to approval by the University Union Executive Director or designee. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
