Fall 2025 Deadlines

All fraternity/sorority organizations must submit the following items by the deadlines:

  • Recognition & Renewal - Due July 2025 to ensure you get page admin access. 
  • Roster for Fall 2025 - Download the FSL Roster Report Template > Complete the Roster with your Chapter Information > Send your Chapter Roster Report via Email to greeklife@csueastbay.edu
  • All events and reservations for the first 2 weeks of school (Aug 19 - Aug 31) must be submitted in BaySync by Aug 1 to guarantee reservations. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Welcome to Greek Life at the Bay!

Cal State East Bay Greek Life or Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) include nationally affiliated, local, and regional fraternity and sorority chapters. CSUEB FLS promote scholarship, provide numerous leadership opportunities, and participate in a wide variety of community service activities. CSUEB FLS also provide members with the opportunity to develop lifelong friendships that enhance the college experience.

Each organization has their own recruitment process so keep a look out for more information. Most organizations do recruitment activities during the first two weeks of the semester.
